I’ve spent nearly 30 years in technology, on the provider side selling big deals, and on the client side trying to keep providers honest. I started VirtualX because I got sick of watching good businesses sign bad contracts.

The pitch is simple. I read the paperwork. I sit in on the calls. I tell you what’s wrong, what’s fair, and what to push back on. No vendor kickbacks. No reseller margins. No slide decks full of acronyms.

For providers, I do the same thing in reverse, plug in as a fractional vCIO for your clients so you can offer senior advisory without hiring. You look better, they get better, I stay out of your way.

When projects need to land, I run them. Cloud migrations, ERP rollouts, infrastructure refreshes, integration work. Ongoing PM capacity, embedded across your portfolio for as long as you’ve got projects in flight. Same independence, different chair.
